Job Summary
The Nurse is tasked with the delivery, organization, and assessment of care for residents, ensuring adherence to physician directives and relevant regulatory guidelines. This position entails executing practical clinical functions such as administering medications and conducting patient assessments, alongside offering guidance and assistance to the caregiving team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and carry out patient assessments as per clinical protocols.
- Coordinate patient care in alignment with medical orders and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Evaluate resident care and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proficient in using digital tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Preferred minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
