**Nursing Assistant II**
The Nursing Assistant II is responsible for delivering hands-on patient care, which encompasses assistance with hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs, all under the guidance of nursing professionals. Additionally, they play a crucial role in ensuring a safe care environment, keeping accurate patient records, and moving equipment or supplies within the facility. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and hold an up-to-date BLS certification. A minimum of one year of relevant healthcare experience is preferred, although this requirement may be waived for individuals who have graduated from recognized nursing or medical training programs.
