Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering direct personal care to patients, which encompasses support in daily activities such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance. In addition to personal care, this role involves executing clinical tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with hygiene and feeding.
- Support patients with mobility and movement.
- Perform clinical duties such as gathering specimens and recording vital signs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Completion of a hospital-recognized Nursing Aide Training Program is mandatory.
- A minimum of three months of hands-on training is necessary to develop proficiency in the corresponding responsibilities.
