Job description
**Merchandising Lead**
The Merchandising Lead is responsible for overseeing team members, managing everyday operations, and ensuring that the sales area is well-stocked and orderly in line with company policies. This role also focuses on delivering outstanding service to members, addressing concerns, and upholding safety standards as well as product quality. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail along with 6 months in customer service. Candidates with previous experience in team leadership and personnel management are preferred.
