Job description
**Wellness Coordinator**
The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for supervising wellness initiatives, leading the team, and maintaining the facility’s safety and cleanliness standards. This role involves active participation in wellness floor shifts and collaboration in creating programs that elevate member satisfaction. Applicants should have a high school diploma, with a preference for a degree in Exercise Science, and must hold or be willing to acquire certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in program development, fitness education, and overseeing staff.
