Job description
**Job Title**: Merchandising Lead
The Merchandising Lead is responsible for overseeing team members, managing the replenishment of stock, and ensuring the sales floor maintains organization and adheres to company standards. This role also involves delivering excellent member service, addressing concerns, and orchestrating team tasks to achieve business objectives. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail along with 6 months in customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in leading teams, supervising staff, and fostering employee development.
