Job description
**Customer Accounts Advisor**
The Customer Accounts Advisor is responsible for overseeing customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collections, and handling the renewal of lease agreements through both telephone and in-person communications. This position also involves supporting merchandise deliveries and returns while contributing to the achievement of store revenue targets. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record. The job entails physical responsibilities, including the capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as cleaning and securing merchandise within company vehicles.
