**Job Title: Claims Specialist**
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering precise information related to disability, life, and leaves of absence claims, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards. Your duties will include documenting claim activities, processing received documents, and ensuring adherence to established operational benchmarks. A background of 2-3 years in customer service, particularly in a call center or comparable setting, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate proficient data entry abilities and hold either a high school diploma or a college degree.
