Job description
The Occupational Therapist will assess residents, create tailored treatment plans, and deliver therapy services based on physician directives. This role involves working alongside the interdisciplinary team and ensuring precise documentation to adhere to facility standards. Applicants must have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in North Carolina. NCBOT certification is mandatory, and prior clinical experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is advantageous.
