Deliver and coordinate occupational therapy services, including patient screening and evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management. Supervise COTAs and rehabilitation technicians, maintain a strong therapy program, and follow clinical, safety, billing, and regulatory standards. Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program and a current, valid state occupational therapist license are required. The role also requires effective English communication and documentation skills, along with compliance with applicable practice standards and regulations.
