Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapist**
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to individuals across all age groups by designing, executing, and assessing personalized care plans. Conduct clinical evaluations, maintain detailed records of patient progress, and lead therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing functional mobility and ensuring safety. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally in a home health environment. A valid state professional license, CPR certification, and a driver’s license with dependable transportation are required.
