Job Summary
The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for providing essential therapy services to clients, assisting them in improving their ability to perform daily activities. This position involves assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions for various conditions impacting occupational performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Create personalized treatment programs aimed at enhancing clients’ daily living skills.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities designed to support recovery and rehabilitation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong understanding of client-centered therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
