Job description
Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities include conducting assessments in occupational therapy, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapeutic interventions for young individuals within the IHBTC program. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to aid young adults and their families, focusing on crisis intervention and setting functional goals. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in Massachusetts. Prior experience working with youth who have mental health challenges is essential, along with a valid driver’s license for travel associated with community services.
