**Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant**
The Occupational Therapy Assistant delivers specialized rehabilitation services to adult and elderly patients, working under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. They execute personalized treatment strategies aimed at enhancing patient autonomy, functional mobility, and daily living activities, all while ensuring precise clinical records are maintained. Applicants should have completed an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess or be qualified for a state license. Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation environments is advantageous.
