**Occupational Therapy Assistant**
The Occupational Therapy Assistant is responsible for executing therapy programs and activities aimed at aiding patients in regaining and improving their physical capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with the healthcare team to provide tailored, patient-focused recovery plans within a supportive atmosphere. Ideal candidates should be graduates of a recognized Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess initial certification from the NBCOT. Furthermore, candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.
