Job description
The role of Offensive Security Technical Lead involves overseeing the technical execution of penetration testing and red-team initiatives for federal cybersecurity projects. The individual in this position will define testing methodologies, manage operational risks, and guide technical teams in converting intricate vulnerabilities into actionable business risks. Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years in offensive security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and must be U.S. citizens. Possession of an advanced technical certification in offensive security, such as OSEP, OSWE, or GXPN, is mandatory, along with the capability to secure a DHS EOD authorization.
