Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising and guiding the operations of several clinics to maintain efficiency and adhere to regulations. This role involves assisting clinic managers in enhancing staff development, improving patient care, and implementing effective practices throughout the organization. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in overseeing staff across various departments and locations. A bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare management is highly desirable, along with a valid driver’s license for California.
