Job description
The Oncology Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the safe delivery of chemotherapy, vigilance in detecting adverse reactions, and handling oncological emergencies. This position involves conducting thorough patient evaluations, documenting care in alignment with Joint Commission guidelines, and collaborating in interdisciplinary care planning. Applicants must possess an active nursing license in Florida and have at least 2 years of experience in an oncology or medical/surgical environment. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required, with a preference for candidates holding a BSN, as well as current BLS certification.
