Job Summary
The Certified Medical Technician (CMT) plays a vital role in providing quality care to patients in a healthcare setting. This position involves assisting licensed healthcare professionals with various tasks, ensuring that patients receive compassionate and effective treatment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical staff.
- Assist in daily living activities for patients, promoting their independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Document patient care accurately and relay important information in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Medical Technician.
- Proven experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Empathy and a positive attitude towards patient care.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
