Job description
**Resource Nurse**
The Resource Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering clinical leadership and operational assistance in the Ambulatory Surgery Center, ensuring patient care is both safe and efficient throughout daily operations. In addition, this role includes the responsibilities of the Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, tasked with overseeing compliance and upholding facility standards. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse license along with BLS and ACLS certifications, with a preference for candidates who have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the ASC environment. Expertise across all clinical departments and strong leadership capabilities in a clinical context are essential for this position.
