Job Summary
The Onsite Health Educator I is responsible for implementing wellness initiatives and educating employees on health-related topics within a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on promoting overall wellness and ensuring that employees have access to vital health resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs that promote health and wellness among employees.
- Conduct assessments to identify health needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on various health topics, including nutrition and stress management.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a supportive health-focused workplace culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide individual health consultations to employees seeking advice or support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience in health education or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate employees in health and wellness activities.
- Knowledge of health promotion strategies and programs.
