Job Summary
The Onsite Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective management of the plant’s by-product processes, which encompasses both waste and recycling systems. This role requires oversight of team performance while promoting safety standards and fostering professional relationships with clients.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in settings such as manufacturing, distribution, or recycling.

- The ability to maintain alertness and work effectively in a safety-sensitive environment is crucial.
