The Operations Associate will be tasked with the production of CMP pads utilizing a range of equipment, all while ensuring that production logs are precise and quality benchmarks are met. This role also involves following safety regulations and engaging in ongoing enhancement and LEAN manufacturing initiatives. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be capable of physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining on their feet for the duration of the shift. Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, along with fundamental math and data entry competencies.
