Job Summary
The role involves supervising the financial performance and operational aspects of a center, including budget management, key performance metrics, staffing, safety, and compliance. The position requires effective leadership of a team consisting of 25 to 50 individuals, alongside providing support to families during the onboarding process. Collaboration with clinical and regional leaders is essential to promote operational efficiency and deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance and budget management for the center.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of 25–50 employees.
- Support families during their onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with clinical and regional leaders to maintain high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in managing large teams across multiple locations or districts.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Experience working with autistic children and their families is desirable.
- Extensive management experience is highly valued.
