Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the clinic by managing financial, safety, and compliance elements. This position involves leading a diverse team of 25-50 professionals and promoting operational excellence through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the Operations Manager is dedicated to creating a nurturing atmosphere for families and children with autism.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing large teams across multiple locations or districts.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
