Job description
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing fabrication processes, offering direct leadership to production supervisors and hourly staff working across various shifts. This position is tasked with guaranteeing safe and efficient production operations, fostering ongoing improvements, and achieving critical performance benchmarks. To qualify, candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of advancing supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar discipline is preferred, complemented by robust knowledge of metal fabrication methods.
