Job Summary
The Operations Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing regional operations through the refinement of workflows, handling insurance paperwork, and overseeing patient information within EMR systems. This position is also responsible for the installation and delivery of home medical equipment, while adhering to healthcare regulations and maintaining quality standards.

- Optimize and streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Process and manage insurance documentation accurately.
- Maintain and organize patient data within EMR systems.
- Deliver and set up home medical equipment for patients.

Qualifications
