**Operations Supervisor**
The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in guiding staff to successfully carry out daily operations such as driver dispatch, loading and unloading procedures, and delivering top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and financial regulations. Ideal candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, demonstrating the capability to enhance processes and oversee operations autonomously. A High School Diploma is essential, while a Bachelor’s Degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
