**Human Resources Business Partner**
The Human Resources Business Partner will be instrumental in aligning human resources strategies with the organization’s objectives, overseeing change management, employee relations, and initiatives aimed at performance improvement. This position also entails the administration of payroll and benefits, as well as ensuring adherence to HRIS recordkeeping and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should possess the capability to enhance employee engagement, carry out investigations, and direct workforce development and training programs. Additionally, the role requires willingness to travel within the country and uphold compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
