**Job Title: Lead Teacher**
In this role, you will take on the responsibility of delivering classroom leadership and support across multiple age groups, ensuring that all staffing ratios are appropriately met. You will collaborate with center leadership to manage daily operational tasks and uphold compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards. To qualify, candidates must hold a Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification and have professional experience in an accredited childcare or preschool environment. A solid grasp of Massachusetts EEC regulations, along with proven leadership and organizational capabilities, is essential.
