Perform entry-level planer operations, including wrapping lumber, applying barcodes, cutting sticks and dunnage, monitoring the stick machine, and completing assigned cleanup. Follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping, operate equipment carefully, and promptly report equipment, production, or product-quality concerns. Candidates must hold or obtain required Fall Protection and Powered Industrial Truck certifications and be able to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and complete tasks reliably. The role requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity; experience in a planer or industrial production environment and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
