**Job Title: Operator**
The operator’s role involves executing assembly and packaging functions, ensuring the availability of production materials, and properly configuring equipment. They are tasked with upholding quality standards, identifying and reporting any issues, and following all safety and environmental protocols. Applicants need to possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with the capability to read, write, and communicate in English. This position demands physical endurance to stand for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 45 lbs, and engage in repetitive tasks within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
