The optometric technician plays a vital role in performing preliminary screenings and vision assessments that support the optometrist in delivering high-quality patient care. This position also includes ensuring that the office environment and testing instruments are kept clean and in good working order. Previous experience in optics or specific certifications are not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service abilities, a keen eye for detail, and effective communication skills for interacting with patients.
