Job Summary
Summit Surgical, situated in Hutchinson, Kansas, is on the lookout for a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the surgical team, ensuring that operations in the operating room proceed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist with patient positioning and transport as needed.
- Uphold strict infection control standards within the surgical environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in sterile processing or a similar field is preferred.
- Familiarity with sterilization techniques and infection control practices.
