Job Summary
The OR/Sterile Processing Technician at Surgical Solutions is instrumental in enhancing patient care and supporting healthcare teams in the operating rooms and sterile processing departments. This role involves a commitment to excellence and timely assistance to the operating room staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the operating room staff by being readily available to assist with various tasks.
- Ensure the proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and materials.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sterile processing department.
- Commit to ongoing improvement in service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid certification as a Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or equivalent credential.
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterilization protocols.
- Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with medical staff.
