Job description
The Order Entry Specialist plays a vital role in meticulously examining dental prescriptions and inputting both digital and analog cases into the laboratory system. This position involves recognizing any missing or inconsistent information and effectively coordinating with production and customer success teams to facilitate prompt case processing. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate proficient computer and typing abilities. Previous experience in a dental laboratory or office environment, as well as an understanding of dental terminology, is advantageous.
