**Omni Supervisor**
The Omni Supervisor directs the club’s digital projects, such as BOPIC and Same Day Delivery, while also overseeing team performance and upholding operational standards. This role involves mentoring staff, ensuring accurate inventory management, and delivering an exceptional member experience through effective order processing. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in managing a team of five or more individuals in a professional context. Competence with digital tools, RF scanners, and computer systems is essential, in addition to the capability to carry out physical tasks in a retail setting.
