Job Summary
The Sales and Service Associate plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for members, assisting them as they embark on their fitness journeys, and fostering trusting relationships. This position also encompasses responsibilities related to maintaining the gym’s cleanliness and safety, as well as offering assistance in the Kids’ Club as needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist gym members in their fitness pursuits.
- Establish and nurture relationships based on trust with members.
- Ensure the gym environment is clean and safe for all users.
- Provide support in the Kids’ Club when required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR and AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.
- California-based candidates must have TrustLine registration.
