The Orthodontic Assistant performs various orthodontic procedures, including prepping patients and assisting the Orthodontist chairside. They are also responsible for providing patient education and maintaining a comfortable environment for families. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to multitask effectively. While previous dental experience is helpful, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are the primary requirements.
