Job Summary
The position of Outpatient Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is available at our facility located in Cohoes, New York. This role is part of a prominent physician-led multispecialty medical group that emphasizes patient care within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality medical services.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State.
- Experience in outpatient care settings is preferred.
