Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Community Care Physicians (CCP) in Albany, New York. The role involves working primarily onsite and focuses on providing exceptional care within our noninvasive vascular laboratory, contributing to the overall health and well-being of patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient vascular services to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including experts in interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
- Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York.
- Experience in vascular health, interventional radiology, or emergency medicine preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
