Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular team at Community Care Physicians (CCP) in New York, NY. This role is focused on providing exceptional care in a noninvasive vascular laboratory setting and collaborating effectively with various medical specialties, including interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in an outpatient vascular environment.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for vascular patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.
- Participate in noninvasive vascular procedures and assist in the management of patients’ ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in vascular medicine, interventional radiology, or emergency medicine is preferred.
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
