Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outpatient Vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Community Care Physicians (CCP) in Albany, New York. This role is integral to our vascular services, focusing on the delivery of high-quality patient care within a noninvasive vascular laboratory. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support various vascular procedures and practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients in an outpatient vascular setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Assist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic vascular procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vascular health and related interventions.
- Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up care for all patients.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Demonstrated experience in vascular care, interventional radiology, or related medical fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
