Job Summary
The Outreach Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting program expansion by executing strategic community engagement initiatives, nurturing relationships, and ensuring effective interaction with potential participants. This position acts as the organization’s ambassador at local events and works in conjunction with a diverse team to enhance participant enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Drive program growth through innovative community outreach strategies.
- Forge strong relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Engage with prospects to provide high-quality information and encourage participation.
- Represent the organization at various community events to enhance visibility.
- Work collaboratively with team members from different disciplines to support enrollment efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, sales, or business development, with a background in healthcare or aging services being advantageous.
- A high school diploma is mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
