Job description

The technician is responsible for conducting both routine and emergency maintenance on equipment and machinery in the plant to maintain optimal operational performance and ensure product safety. This role involves diagnosing mechanical failures, configuring production lines, and carrying out preventive maintenance activities. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience as a production operator or technician, ideally within the food manufacturing sector. It is essential to have the ability to interpret technical diagrams and possess a solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
