Job description
**Job Title: Package Layout Engineer**
The Package Layout Engineer is responsible for creating layouts for IC package substrates and playing an integral role in the early stages of product development through effective floorplanning and design enhancement. This position involves close collaboration with diverse teams and OSAT partners to guarantee that designs align with specifications related to signal integrity, power distribution, thermal management, and manufacturability. Candidates are expected to possess a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience, which should include 3-5 years focused specifically on IC package layout design. Expertise in Allegro X APD and a comprehensive knowledge of IC package substrates and organic materials are essential.
