Job description
**Associate Director**
The Associate Director will oversee and ensure quality for a range of paid social accounts, while also mentoring junior staff members. This role involves managing relationships with enterprise clients and aligning paid social strategies with larger multi-channel media initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of experience in paid media, with a strong background in paid social strategy and platform operations. A bachelor’s degree in a suitable area is necessary, in addition to excellent communication abilities and experience in performance marketing.
