Job description
The role of a Paint Prep Technician involves preparing vehicles by executing sanding and buffing tasks as specified in repair orders. It is essential that all tasks adhere to quality control guidelines and that equipment is used safely and efficiently. Applicants should possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with the capability to thrive in a high-energy setting. Preference will be given to candidates with I-CAR certification and a minimum of one year of experience in collision paint preparation.
