Job description

The conservator plays a crucial role in safeguarding, restoring, and examining the museum’s assortment of prints, drawings, photographs, and books. This position also entails overseeing exhibition setups, coordinating loan processes, and offering guidance to both staff members and students within the department. Applicants are required to possess a Master’s degree from a reputable graduate conservation program or possess equivalent qualifications. Extensive hands-on experience in the field of paper conservation, familiarity with analytical imaging technologies, and excellent project management abilities are essential for this role.
