Job Summary
The paralegal will be tasked with overseeing a caseload of 50-75 personal injury cases, providing vital support to attorneys through the drafting of legal documents and overseeing case-related expenses. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth management of case information and assisting in the preparation for trials.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload consisting of 50-75 personal injury cases.
- Assist attorneys by drafting legal documents.
- Audit and track case expenses for accuracy.
- Maintain precise case data within Filevine software.
- Support trial preparation activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.
- A college degree or an equivalent paralegal certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and case management software.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
